Cnect is looking for an energetic, hard-working Sales Representative to join our team. The responsibilities of a Sales Representative revolve around prospecting leads, building relationships with clients, and networking. The ideal candidate is a person who is hungry, ambitious, and driven. Our sales team consists of individuals who are efficient in interpersonal and analytical skills and understand advanced software while having excellent communication and sales skills. The manager of this department is an outgoing and approachable individual who will be involved in the day-to-day operations and tasks of the team. Goals and checkpoints for this position will be set from day one to prepare you for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with a proven track record

  • Experience with SaaS product sales (Preferred, but not required) 

  • HRIS or any Human Resource product sales experience (Preferred, but not required)

  • Experience with reaching out to industry groups and potential channel partners, building relations 

Responsibilities

  • Be knowledgeable about the product

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems

  • Answer questions about the products

  • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors

  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
